How it works
- Join online: checkout takes about two minutes and your membership starts right away — join after we’ve closed for the day, and day one is tomorrow.
- Visited recently? Your most recent visit’s tickets (within the last 7 days) count toward your first month — applied automatically at checkout for first-time members, up to half your first month.
- Book your visits: sign in with your email, pick a day and time — your family’s included tickets are covered by your membership. Member spots must be reserved in advance.
- Manage everything yourself: pause, cancel, update your card, or check your billing anytime at enroll.geniusgems.com/millburn/membership/manage — no calls, no waiting.
Current members
Nothing changes about how you visit — you keep your current plan at your current rate. We’re moving membership billing to a new, simpler system, so watch your email for a personal link to move your membership over. It takes about a minute, and your price and renewal date stay exactly the same.
Good to know
- Everyone your plan covers can visit once a day — up to your plan’s included adults and kids each day, one session per person. Your family list is who takes turns in the adult spot; it doesn’t add spots.
- With two adults on your plan, you can split the day — one covered pair in the morning, another in the afternoon. And anyone’s welcome back for a second same-day session with a regular admission ticket.
- Slime, Design Bar, snacks, classes, and camps are an additional cost. Extra guests are welcome — they pay regular admission when they visit with you.
- Millburn membership isn’t valid in NYC — each location has its own program.
- This isn’t a drop-off program: kids always come with a grown-up from your family list, in the same room, supervising at all times.
