Celebrate your birthday at Genius Gems Millburn, for your best birthday yet!
Our talented team will lead you and your guests in a 1.5 hour celebration that features the best that Genius Gems has to offer. Parties are for ages 5/6 and older only. In order to ensure a limited number of people, all parties are DROP OFF, except for the birthday host parents and a handful of adults. If you would like more than 8 additional adults to stay, you will be asked to book the premier plus package.

Genius Gems Parties are for ages 5/6 and older. Only Premier Plus parties may be able to accomodate parties for children aged 4.
Up to 16 kids and 8 adults included in the package. The birthday child, and any siblings attending the party will count towards the total number of guests in the party.
If there are more than 16 kids attending, you will be charged $40 per child for any additional kids on the day of the party, up to 22 kids. This includes the birthday child and any siblings - they will count towards the final number of guests.
If there are more than 8 adults attending, you will be charged $20 per adult for any additional adults on the day of the party.

The entirety of our party room will be reserved privately for your 1.5 hour party.
Parties may choose either slime or Glitter Tile as their project. Selecting an engineering project, such as the DIY flashlight or LED project, will be an additional cost of $75 for 16 kids. There will be an additional cost of $5 for every child beyond the initial 16.
NEW! Swiftie Add-On Package: $199 + tax additional: Calling all Swifties! Enjoy a Swiftie themed party with specially themed plates, decorations, trivia games, and a bracelet making station! Please note that in order to accommodate these extra activities, building time may be reduced, or for larger parties, this may take the place of building time. This add-on includes up to 16 kids, with an additional $5+ tax for every child beyond the initial 16.
NEW! Pokémon™ Add-On Package: $199 + tax additional: Enjoy a Pokémon™ themed party with specially themed plates, decorations, and trivia games! Pokémon™ Parties have the choice of a special project, either an LED Pokeball or a Pokémon™ Themed Glitter Tile! Please note that in order to accommodate these extra activities, building time may be reduced, or for larger parties, this may take the place of building time. This add-on includes up to 16 kids, with an additional $5+ tax for every child beyond the initial 16.

Food and Beverages
Pizza and juice are included for kids only and provided by Genius Gems.
No outside food is permitted except for a cake or cupcakes provided by the host family. This applies to all party packages, including premier plus.
Extra pizza can be requested for an additional cost
Cheese, fruit and veggie platters are available for an additional cost.
Add-on coffee bar package, or non-alcoholic drink packages for your guests to enjoy.

Additional Information
Premier Plus Package ($1,499)
The cost is $1,499 and includes everything in the Premier Package, plus the ability to have the entire Genius Gems (indoors and outdoors) for just your guests. Please note, all food in the package is included for kids only.
This package include up to 20 kids and 20 adults. Additional kids can be added for a cost of $40 per additional child for up to 35 kids with prior approval (Premier Plus only). Additional adults can be added for a cost of $19.99 + tax for adults
Premier Plus parties may be able to accomodate parties for children aged 4
Drop off only is still preferred for Premier Plus packages, but if you plan to have more than 8 parents stay, you will be asked to choose this package.
No outside food is permitted except for cake or cupcakes provided by the host family. We have packages available for additional food you can order through us.

Once you book a party, your receipt is confirmation that your party has been booked. You will receive an email the Monday before your party to confirm the project and the number of guests.

Pizza: $22 + tax (plain cheese or GF) $25 + tax (vegan or veggie) Additional pizza, pizza for adults, gluten free pizza, veggie pizza, and vegan pizza can be purchased.
Ice Cream: $75 + tax A variety of cold treats are available for your party. This option includes one treat per child attending, up to 20 children. Our selection includes dairy free and gluten free options. $4 + tax per additional child over initial 20.
Cotton Candy Machine: $275 + tax Cotton candy made fresh for your party guests to enjoy. Popcorn Station: $199 + tax Popcorn made fresh from our popcorn machine for your party guests to enjoy. (One serving per child)
Veggie Mezza: $99 + tax Fresh veggies, hummus, baba ghanoush, dolmas and tabbouleh served with olives and herbed feta. Serves 16.
Fruit Platter: $75 + tax A platter with a variety of fresh fruits, sliced and sure to make for a sweet celebration. Serves 16.
Breakfast Platter: $99 + tax Includes an assortment of mini muffins, croissants, and scones. Serves 16.
Non-alcoholic Beverage Package: $75 + tax Purchase 24 sparkling waters for your guests. (Mini bottles of water are included in the base package price).
Coffee Bar Package: A La Cart If you would like to pay for coffee and tea for your guests, please let us know and we will set up a tab for you.
Dessert Platter: $99 + tax A platter with brownies and assorted cookies for your party. Serves 16.
LED Project: Ages 6-8 Guests are guided in creating an LED circuit using an LED light and a battery pack, inserting it into a laser-cut shape they decorate. The shape is pre-selected by the host family.
LED Wand: Ages 7-9 Guests are guided in creating an LED circuit using an LED light and a battery pack, inserting it into the end of a wand they decorate.
LED Flashlight: Ages 6-8 Guests are guided in creating an LED circuit using an LED light and a battery pack, inserting it into a housing they decorate.
Motorized Fan: Ages 9-12 Guests are guided in wiring a motor circuit with a battery pack and motorized fan, inserting it into a housing they decorate
Slime: Ages 6-12 Guests are guided in using our clear base slime, glitter, colorant, and other add-ins to create their own slime. Depending on availability, there is an option of choosing glow-in-the-dark or color-changing powder to slime for an additional cost.
Glitter Tile: Ages 6-9 Guests are guided in choosing and arranging charms, gems, letters, and glitter to decorate their own Glitter Tile, which can be used on any brand of magnetic tile.
For parties with more than 20 guests, we recommend the LED Project, Slime, or Glitter Tile to ensure that the party stays on schedule.
One project is provided per child. The host family may select one project for their party. Projects are taken home by the party guests at the end of the party.

Science Experiments: Included in package price, done in the place of slime or a Glitter Tile Delight your budding scientist by doing a science experiment where every guest can participate! Please note that experiments are not guaranteed to be a take-home project. Please confirm any potential allergens with your guests, and contact us for more details. Genius Gems recommends this option only for families that are ready to get messy! Hosts can choose one experiment:
-The Lava Lamp: Uses oil and colored water to make a sensory bottle that demonstrates density and the properties of lipids! -Fizzing Volcano Slime: Uses PVA glue, activator, vinegar, baking soda, and food coloring to make a stretchy slime that harnesses the power of acids and bases to make a fizzing eruption! -Fizzing Cloud Dough: Uses flour, vegetable oil, baking soda, oil-based food coloring, and vinegar to make a sensory, soft dough that starts to bubble and fizz when vinegar is added! Extra Glitter Tiles: $120 + tax For those choosing Glitter Tiles as their party activity, additional tiles may be purchased. This option includes one additional tile per child attending. This option includes up to 16 children. For additional children, more glitter tiles can be added at a rate of $8 + tax per child.
Premier Slime: $75 + tax For those choosing slime as their party activity, premier slime ingredients may be purchased. This option includes either glow in the dark or color changing powder. Please select which you would like in advance. This option includes up to 16 kids. For additional children, more can be added at a rate of $5 + tax per child.
Glitter Tattoos: $300 + tax Want to add more sparkle to your party? With this option, a dedicated staff member will help up to 20 guests apply their own glitter tattoos!
Swiftie Add-On Package: $199 + tax Calling all Swifties! Have a Swiftie themed party with specially themed plates, decorations, trivia games, and a bracelet making station! Please note that in order to accommodate these extra activities, building time may be reduced or cancelled. If time allows, we will set up a special building themed building challenge! Accommodates 16 kids, with an addition $5 for every child beyond the initial 16.

Can I rescehdule/cancel? In the event an extenuating circumstance, such as injury or illness, we will do our best to work with you to reschedule the party at a mutually convenient date. Unfortunately, as per our cancellation policy, we are not able to offer refunds for party cancellations.
Which decorations can I bring? We do not provide decorations for any of our packages. You are welcome to bring balloons as long as they are attached to a weight. We ask all families to take balloons with them when they leave. You are also welcome to bring any thematic tablecloths or plates, as we only provide standard plates, utensils, napkins, and tablecloths. Unfortunately, we do not permit anything to be hung or taped to our walls (no banners or piñatas, please) or confetti. We also do not allow sparklers of any kind (even small ones), as they are a fire hazard. Thank you for understanding!
How soon can I arrive? You may arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party. Please note, our staff may be simultaneously cleaning up from the previous party or event.
What is the structure of the 90 minute party? As guests arrive, they will be brought to the tables in the party room, we welcome them to Genius Gems, and build challenges with our magnetic tiles while assissted by staff. Guests will then begin their take home project! Afterwards, guests will wash their hands and get ready for pizza, juice provided by Genius Gems! If you provide a cake or cupcakes, we will help serve this as well after we sing happy birthday. If you provide any goody bags, they will be distributed at the end of the party, along with the project that each child made at the party. Parents should pick up their kids promptly at the end of the 1.5 hour party. If they do wish to stay after and play in our main space following the party, they will be asked to purchase tickets on our website.
