2024 STEM Camps (Millburn, NJ):

November 1st, November 7th, November 8th.
Join us from 9:00 AM -1:00 PM for an engaging STEM mini camp at Genius Gems! Each day will include unique activities, organized around a STEM theme of the day, such as Mad Science Lab, Tech and Innovation, and Code and Create. Please pack a labeled bottle of water, a small snack, and a lunch for our breaks. Please ensure that your child meets the listed grade requirement for the date that you register. This is a firm requirement to attend. For camps that allow. The cost is $99.00 per morning, per child.
Please review our cancellation policy prior to registering. Please ensure that your child has a day off from school before registering. Any questions, please kindly email us at information@geniusgems.com. Due to high volume of emails, we ask you to allow us 48 hours to return your email before politely following up. Also, if you have a day off and would like us to offer a mini camp, please email us to see if we can add another day! Thank you!
Themes:
- Tech and Innovation is class that combines engineering and design-- where students will be encouraged to use their creativity to come up with their own new ideas for projects and see some of the technology that Genius Gems uses to make our own designs come to life!
- Mad Science Lab is a beginner chemistry class that will focus on simple chemical reactions made with kid-safe materials! We'll make things like lava lamps, sensory fizzing dough, and bubbling volcano slime!
- Code and Create is a class where students will get the chance to code their own games and projects, all while learning how inventors and engineers use coding to improve the world around us! Students will learn coding principles like if/then scenarios, how to use an algorithm, and how their favorite games are made while using our robots and student-friendly apps.

- Cancellations: If and only if we have a waiting list for your child's specific age group and the specific date you booked, and we can fill your spot, we will refund you less a processing fee of 15% from your total.
- If we are not able to fill your spot, we will unfortunately be unable to offer any refunds or credits for cancelling. If you need to cancel, we encourage you to look for someone in the appropriate age group to fill the spot.
