Other than the need to quarantine for a documented COVID diagnosis (as described below), no refunds or credits will be given for cancellations. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
COVID-19 policy: We appreciate your family's adherence to the CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19 exposure. If you or your immediate family members test positive for COVID-19 and must quarantine, we will work with you to reschedule your tickets to a mutually agreeable date and time. No refunds, cancellations or credits will be issued if you do not wish to reschedule your tickets.
