Family Reservation Cancellation Policy
No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Changing reservation times is based on availability and will be permitted up to one week or more prior to the reservation. Less than one week prior to a reservation, changes are at the discretion of the owner, and there may be an additional administrative fee for switching to a different time slot.
