Cancellation Policy for Events and Programs 2025-26
Classes and Camps: Camps and private one-time classes/events are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Events: Deposits are non-refundable. Date changes require 48 hours’ notice; less notice incurs a $250 fee. No refunds or credits if you cancel your event entirely. For birthday parties - see Birthday Party cancellation policy.
Classes & Camps: Refunds are only possible if we have a waiting list for your child’s exact age group and day, and we fill your spot. Refunds are issued minus a 15% processing fee. If we cannot fill your spot, no refunds or credits can be given. You may find someone appropriate to take the spot.
No Refunds Given If: A child is removed for behavior issues; a child drops out early; a family decides to stop attending; classes/events are missed; a participant withdraws early (no credits issued); or a child changes to a shorter length class or program.
Events: No refunds or credits will be issued for less guests attending than anticipated.
