General Admission Plus and Enhanced tickets add Design Bar time for Glitter Tiles, cloud clay, slime and more. Only the person making the project needs the upgraded ticket. Members can use their membership toward these tickets and pay the difference.

Our ELEMENTS side room, with toys for younger kids, is sometimes closed to the public for a camp, class or birthday. To check that it will be open before you book, email information@geniusgems.com.

Hours can change on holidays and for private events; the booking calendar always shows what is open.

Know before you go

• Designed for ages 4 and up — Adults are welcome and ticketed.
• Reserve online in advance — No tickets are sold at the door. If you arrive without a reservation, we can't guarantee a spot.
• Check in at the front desk — Show your confirmation code, then build until your session ends.
• Adults supervise their children — At all times, for the whole visit.
• No knocking down builds — Even your own. Families who don't follow our rules may be asked to leave.
• No outside food, cakes or deliveries
• Groups of 20 or more — Contact us, even for a time you don't see listed, and we'll see if we can fit you in. Groups need proper adult supervision.

Questions families ask

Do adults need tickets?

Yes. Every person entering needs a ticket, including adults.

Do we need to book ahead?

Yes. Reserve your session online before you come; there are no door sales.

How long is a visit?

A ticket covers one 90-minute session. Reserve a second session if you want to stay longer.

What if we're running late?

We'll do our best to let you stay 90 minutes from when you arrive. However, if it's a busy day or we have a private event, we may not be able to give you a full 90-minute session.

What if we miss our reservation, or the time no longer works?

Tickets aren't refundable, but you have options. Until your session starts, use the "Change my visit" link in your confirmation email to move your tickets to another date, time or location. If anyone in your group doesn't make it, use the same link after your session ends (within 72 hours) to request a voucher for each unused ticket. A voucher is good for one visit with the same ticket type at the same location, for a year. Need help? Email information@geniusgems.com.

Can we celebrate a birthday during open play?

Birthday parties are their own booking with a private room and a host, and we would love to host one for you. Birthday cakes, cupcakes and singing "Happy Birthday" are only permitted with a birthday party package. We do have ice cream treats available for purchase.
