Planning a private Date Night?

A staffed evening of building and play

For two and a half hours our team leads your kids through guided build stations, then everyone sits down to a pizza dinner. Children stay with our staff from drop-off to pick-up.

• Guided activities — Our team leads every station: design, robots, marble runs and tile challenges.
• Pizza dinner — Pizza, juice and snacks. Tell us about allergies and dietary needs when you book.
• Every material — Every station is fully stocked. Nothing to bring and nothing to buy.
• Supervised throughout — Children are with our staff for the whole evening, from drop-off to pick-up.

What they'll do

Six stations, one evening.

• Design Bar — Our open-ended build station. Kids design a creation and take it home.
• Marble runs — Engineer tracks as a team and race marbles through them.
• Magnetic tiles — Big magnetic-tile builds: towers, mazes and structures built together.
• Glitter tiles — Glitter tile creations, popular with our younger builders.
• Robots — Program and drive our floor robots through challenge courses.
• Token challenges — Earn Genius Gems tokens in STEM challenges and trade them for prizes.

How it works

1. Book online — Choose your location and date and reserve your child's spot.
2. Drop off at 5:30 — Sign your child in at the door. We take it from there.
3. Build, play and eat — Two and a half hours of guided stations and a pizza dinner.
4. Pick up at 8:00 — Collect your child from the door at the end of the evening.

One price per child

Sales tax and a 3% card processing fee are added at checkout.

Questions parents ask

What ages is Date Night for?

Kindergarten through 6th grade. At our New York location we can't take children in Pre-K.

What's included?

Every activity and material, a pizza dinner with juice and snacks, and a fully staffed evening.

Can you cater for dietary needs?

Tell us in writing about any allergies or dietary needs when you book, and we'll do our best to accommodate them. We can't guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Do I need to pack anything?

No. Send your child in clothes they can build and eat pizza in. We provide everything else.

What time is drop-off and pick-up?

Drop-off is at 5:30 PM and pick-up is at 8:00 PM. Please be on time: a late pick-up fee applies from 10 minutes after the end (see the Date Night policy).

Can I cancel?

Date Night bookings are non-refundable and can't be transferred. If illness or injury stops your child from coming, email information@geniusgems.com at least 24 hours before and we may offer a one-time credit.
