What is it?

Join us for our mini camps at our Millburn location! Sign up for one or more days. Projects will vary each day. Mini camp includes the best of Genius Gems Millburn. Each day will include unique activities, organized around a STEM theme of the day, such as Mad Science Lab, Tech and Innovation, and Code and Create.

Activities

Each day of Mini Camp will include magnetic tile building in our main space, different STEM related projects and activities depending on the theme of the day, and a break for snack and/or lunch. Please pack a lunch, snack, and a labeled water.

Cost

Each 4 hour day costs $115 per camper. As we sometimes offer Mini Camps with varying hours, the cost sometimes varies as well, so please be sure to check the timing of the camp before you book!

Requirements

All campers must be in Kindergarten or higher AND at least 5 years of age to attend unless otherwise stated. We require that all of our campers be potty trained and able to use the bathroom independently.

If you have a camper that requires extra support, please email us, and we'll see if we can accomodate!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: If and only if we have a waiting list for your child's specific age group and day of sign up, and we can fill your spot, we will refund you less a 15% processing fee from your total.

If we are not able to fill your spot, we will unfortunately be unable to offer any refunds or credits for cancelling. If you need to cancel, we encourage you to look for someone in the appropriate age group to fill the spot.

Application Process & Philosophy:
To ensure we are able to meet the needs of every child, our drop-off programs, like these Fall classes, now require an application and acceptance before registration. This approach helps us create a supportive and collaborative environment where all participants can thrive. Genius Gems has always been a warm and welcoming environment. We have had many children with diverse learning needs that have been successful in our programs. Our goal is not to exclude, but to ensure we can safely meet the needs of each child within the staffing and structure of our program. If you have any questions about the application process or if you would like to discuss whether Genius Gems would be a good fit for your child, please e-mail us at information@geniusgems.com to set up a call.

Please note: Teacher recommendations are only requested for applicants who have not previously attended a Genius Gems drop-off program. This information helps us ensure we are providing a safe, respectful, and enriching experience for every participant. Because our programs are highly interactive, we ask for a teacher input only when we don't already know the child.

Here's the good news: you will only need to complete this application once per child. Once your child has been accepted into Genius Gems, you won’t need to reapply again for ANY drop-off programs (classes, camps, date night, etc.), and you can go back to registering directly for any future drop-off programs for that child.

The application process is free, and once approved, you'll receive a registration link for available classes. Please note, registration is first-come, first-served and only secured after completing payment. We encourage you to complete this process as soon as possible!
