Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – Millburn Events 2025–2026
We do not offer refunds for event cancellations. If you cancel, your deposit and any payments already made towards the event will be forfeited and we may be unable to accommodate future bookings.
To cancel, email us at information@geniusgems.com. You will receive confirmation within 24 hours. If you don’t hear from us, we have not received your request.
Date Changes:
Requests to reschedule will be considered for extenuating circumstances only and are subject to availability. A $50 + tax rescheduling fee for up to 10 days before the event. For less than 10 days before the event, a $150 + tax fee may apply. Please notify us as early as possible. No refunds will be issued if you choose not to reschedule.
No refunds or credits will be issued for:

Voluntary cancellation of the event

Fewer guests attending than expected

Downgrading your selected package

Host illness or unavailability without rescheduling

Accidental purchases
Overtime Fees (for Drop Off Events):
Late pick-up may incur late fees, which will be charged to parents individually, and which they will agree to upon registration. The late fee is $20 if a parent is between 10 and 30 minutes late, with $10 additional for every 10 minutes late after the first half hour.
Overstaying Past the Event Time:
There is a $200 per half hour fee for every 30 minutes past the end time that the group stays.
