Events are non-refundable. No credits or refunds will be given for cancelling the event, or deciding not to attend. Please review our policies below prior to signing up for our program.
Emergencies: If your family has a medical or other emergency and is unable to attend event, please contact us as soon as possible. No refunds or credits will be given for last minute cancellations.
Inclement weather: If Genius Gems decides to reschedule the event due to severe weather, we will work with you to reschedule the event at a mutually agreeable date. Refunds or credits will not be given due to weather.
